DC motor control from a PIC16F818
![]()
At the weekend, I decided to open up my shoebox of wires and components again, with a view to continuing my hugely ambitious quadcopter project! Found a little breadboard I’d set up previously with a PIC16F818 on it, an LED, a little 6-pin header I’d fashioned myself for some ICSP with a Pickit2, and a 6 - 12V barrel jack adapter board from Spark Fun. Plugged it in and, low and behold, the little LED started flashing!
